How to make : Kachhe bhutte ke char tukde karein, ubalne rakhein, das minute baad nikal kar thanda karein. Pyaaz ekdum baareek katein, tamater kassein, kaju, badaam, khus khus, bhigo kar pees lein. Ab gas or pan rakhein, ghee garam karein, tej patta, laung tadka dein phir, pyaz bhune,tamater dalein,ghee chodnein tak bhune, masalein daldein phir malai ghee chodnein tak bhune or kaju, baadam or khus khus ka paste bhi dalein. Ab bhutte daldein madhyam aaj par puknein dein.

Chammach bhar bhar kar gravi daltein rahein or garam masala, kasuri methi or khopra burkaiyein phir 10 minute baad dum lagayein phir katori mein jalta hua koyla par ghee or heing daal kar dhak dein. Khushboo meheke gi.. Bharva bhutta non-veg ki tarhaa khaien or khilayein...
