1small bowl omena
4tomatoes
1avocado
5 tablespoonoil
to tasteSalt
1onion
2 piecepepper

After preparing ugali,Boil water and wash your omena,chop the tomatoes and onion

Heat the oil in a sufuria,add salt followed by omena

Dry it,then add tomatoes and half pepper
4

Cook for 3 mins hence ready

Serve with the remaining pepper and avocado
