Boil eggs, deshell and keep aside

In a pan, heat 2tsp oil and put finely chopped onion. Fry till it changes Colour.

Add ginger garlic paste once onion changes colour

Let it cook till the raw smell goes. Add salt and chilli powder. Mix well

Add curry leaves.

Add garam masala and some water. let it cook for some time till all the water is evaporated.

Put the boiled eggs and mix gently so that eggs will be coated well with the curry

Put some water and let the eggs cook in the gravy. Add 2tsp fresh cream. Cook for 4-5mins on low flame.

Take off the stove and garnish with coriander.

Serve it hot rice or chapathi.
