Chocolate Cheese Muffins

I've baked it since I was a kid. Original recipe was on baking magazine and I changed recipe to bake it easier but it still tastes lovely.
It's easy to bake but looks lovely and tastes gorgeous! Perfect for a casual gift and tea party.

I've baked it since I was a kid. Original recipe was on baking magazine and I changed recipe to bake it easier but it still tastes lovely.
It's easy to bake but looks lovely and tastes gorgeous! Perfect for a casual gift and tea party.

[For Filling] This is ingredients for filling.

Put cream cheese in a bowl and mix it with spoon until smooth. Add egg yolk and sugar and mix well.

Add chocolate chips and mix well.

[For Muffin] This is ingredients for muffin.

Put all [WET] ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.

Shift all [DRY] ingredients into [5] and mix until there is no sign of flour.

Start heating oven at 180℃.

Put muffin mixture into muffin tin. Use ice cream scooper if you have, it's easy and you can put mixture evenly. (A full scoop for a muffin)

Drop filling. (Bit less than muffin mixture, 80% of ice cream scooper for a muffin.)

Bake them in 180℃ oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy lovely combination of chocolate and cream cheese!
