In a bowl add the prawns, salt, chilli and lemon juice. Combine together well.

Next, heat the olive oil over a low to medium heat in a frying pan and add the garlic and bay leaf.

When the garlic has browned slightly. Add the prawns in and cook for 3-5 minutes or until all the prawns have turned pink.

Serve immediately.
