Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/3 Cupjuice of 2 grapefruit, and 2 lime mixed
  2. 1/2 teaspoonchipotle powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoonground ginger
  4. 1/2 teaspoonground coriander
  5. 1/2 teaspoonground cumin
  6. 2 tablespoonshoney
  7. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  8. 1/4 cupolive oil
  9. 1/2small shallot
  10. 1 teaspoonchopped garlic

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingreadents together except the oil.

  2. 2

    Stir briskly add the oil in a drizzle until an emulsion forms.

  3. 3

    Add what ever meat you are using to a large zip top bag along with the marinade.

  4. 4

    Allow to marinade for at least an hour, but 3 would be better.
