Ingredients

2 lb.Fresh shrimp. You could make stock while cleaning this
4large tomatoes 1/2 " dice would be fine
1large red onion 1/2"dice
4 cupswater
3 stalkslemon grass
1+1/2 limes juiced
1+1/2 tbsp tom yum paste
1 tspchili paste
Zest 1 lime
2 tbspcilantro
4 tbspfresh basil
1 (15 oz)can of straw mushrooms

Steps

Add 4 cups of water, tomatoes and onion, tom yum paste,lemon grass cilantro and basil. Bring to a boil

Reduce heat and add shrimp and the rest of the ingredients adjust heat to your liking with chili paste.

I serve mine with rice noodles. Most serve with rice. I just like rice noodles Enjoy this is great

I was an over the road truck driver for over 32 years I have been to every great state we have and 3 Canadian provinces been to Mexico many times and I have EATEN SOME OF THE BEST FOOD KNOWN TO MAN . when I would come home I loved to play in the kitchen !
