Ingredients

  1. 1 cupshocked Soya
  2. 1Tomato cut in cubes without seeds
  3. 1Onion cut in cubes
  4. 1 spoonSoya Sauce
  5. 1 spoonTomato Sauce
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper
  7. 1/2 spoonchilli flakes
  8. 1 cupwheat flour dough
  9. 1 spooncooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up 1/2 spoon of oil into the pan.

    Add shocked Soya.

  3. 3

    Sautee for 2 minutes and keep a side

  4. 4

    Into the same pan.

  5. 5

    Add Onion's, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Soya sauce and tomato sauce.

  7. 7

    Toss all well together.

  8. 8

    Add Soya chunks.

  9. 9

    Sautee for 1 minutes more.

  10. 10

    Add 1/2 spoon of chilli flex.

  11. 11

    Make 2 roti.

  12. 12

    Roll the Roti by filling the Soya mixter.

  13. 13

    Make a Wrap and serve.
