Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsladies finger
  2. 1/2 cupCoconut
  3. 2-3 tablespoons curd
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspmustard seeds (1/4 tsp for grinding, 1/4 tsp for spluttering)
  6. 1-2red chillies
  7. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop ladies finger into small rounds.

  2. 2

    Shallow fry ladies finger in oil. Add salt.

  3. 3

    Make a smooth paste of coconut, green chillies and mustard seeds. At the end, add curd and just give a pulse.

  4. 4

    Heat the above mixture. Just heat and do not boil so that the curd does not get split.

  5. 5

    Add the ladies finger to the above mixture.

  6. 6

    Splutter mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves. Add to kicchadi.

  7. 7

    Adjust salt and water as per the required consistency.
