  • 200 grice (white).
  • Salt
  • Water,boiling

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Pick and wash the rice and add to the boiling salted water

  2. 2

    Stir to the boil and gently simmer until tender.approximately (12_15minutes)

  3. 3

    Once cooked serve the rice when hot and serve it with steamed cabbage.
