Steps

Take two tbs ghee in cooking pan.

Add 1 katori daliya to it and roast till medium brown.

Add 2 katori water to it and let it boil at medium flame for 4-5 mins.

Add 1 serving spoon gur and 4 elachi to it.

Cover the pan and cook for another 2-3 mins, stir occasionally.

Turn off the stove and keep the pan covered for 5 mins.

Add chopped almonds for dressing and serve with tea or coffee.
