Ingredients

  1. 18eggs
  2. 3 packagespolish sausage
  3. 2 cupswhite vinegar
  4. 2 cupwater
  5. 3 Tpickling spice
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 2 Tcrushed red pepper flakes
  8. 6-7 squirtsfranks hot sauce
  9. 1 Tcrushed garlic or powder
  10. 1 Tdried onion
  11. 2 cupscider vinegar

Steps

    Boil eggs

  2. 2

    Take out add sausage till it floats then remove from the water

  3. 3

    Take shell off the eggs

  4. 4

    Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces

  5. 5

    Arrange egg and sausage in layers in a glass jar

  6. 6

    Combine all other ingredients in a medium sauce pan

  7. 7

    Simmer for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Pour over the eggs and sausage

  9. 9

    Put on lid

  10. 10

    Let set for 2 weeks

  11. 11

    Enjoy
