Preboiled meat first

Chop onions and garlic, add to sufuria with oil in it

Cook till the onions turn brown

After browning add pilau masala, cloves, black pepper and mix

Add meat and mix

Add your ginger now and mix

Pour little water into the sufuria, cover with a lid and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes add your rice, and mix everything

Mix everything

Add water, i used 3 cups of water, use high heat till it boils, after boiling cook on low heat for around 8-10 minutes before mixing, after mixing leave it cook for 6 more minutes or so.

End result. Serve with kachumbari🤗
