Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg mutton mince
  • 4finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsginger garlic fresh
  • 2 tablespoonsRed chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonCorinder powder
  • 2 tablespoonsmalvani masala or any mutton masala
  • 2finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • leavesFresh mint
  • leavesCorinder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the kheema well and marinate in adrak lasun paste or ginger garlic paste.,haldi powder chilli powder for an hour

  2. 2

    Heat a pan..add two tablespoons of ghee or oil and add finely chopped onions And fry..

  3. 3

    Now add one tablespoon of adrak lasun paste and finely chopped pudina leaves,tomato and cook on Sim gas till the mixture leaves the side of the pan

  4. 4

    Now add the marinated kheema and fry well In the mixture....Add the remaining dry masala mentioned in the ingredients...add the green peas..

    And mix well...Add warm water and salt and cook further. After it is fully done garnish with corinder leaves
