Knead a dough and keep aside.

Mash the boiled potatoes and add all spices and mix well! Stuffing is ready!

Make palm sized balls of the dough and one by one fill with 1tbsp of the stuffing. Make a ball again and carefully roll them out of the size of roti.

Grease a pan with spoonful of oil and shallow fry the parantha on both side
- 5
Add butter on it and enjoy with curd or chutney.
