150gem daal boiled
1 tspcumin seed
1 pinchasafoetida
1 tspginger paste
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf, asafoetida and red chilli

Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
3

Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder and mix well
4

Pour the daal and boil adding sugar
5

Serve it hot
