Add sugar and yeast to warm milk and rest for 5 to 6 minutes to broom the yeast.

In a big mixing bowl add flour and salt and mix well.

Add the butter and margarine to the flour and mix by rubbing with fingers.

Mix well to form a crumbly texture.

Add the activated yeast mixture and eggs. Mix well with a spatula.

Knead well to make a soft dough.

Cover the dough and keep in a warm place for about an hour or till dough becomes double in size.

When the dough raises to double take out from the bowl and keep in a clean counter top.

Knead well by stretching and folding method for about 10 minutes. This will help to make the rolls soft.

Now take some portion of the dough and roll to make a rectangular shape thin sheet.

Cut lengthwise to make about 2 cm width ribbons.

Take a sausage and roll each ribbon over it to cover the sausage completely. Start rolling from one side to cover up to other end.

Like this make all the rolls and arrange them in a baking tray.

Brush each roll with some milk.

Preheat oven at 200 degree Centigrade.

Bake them for about 15 to 20 minutes or till light golden brown in colour.

Take out from the oven and immediately transfer to a wired rack. Enjoy.
