First soak Chana dal for at least 8 hrs.then wash it properly and grind it along with all the spices except coriander leaves,hing and salt.

Keep aside.

In a wok take 2 cup of water boil it pour few drops of oil and 1/2 tspn salt.mix well now add 2 cup of rice flour slowly -slowly,stir in be direction for avoiding lumps,let it cool ones it should cool make poori with the help of the rolling pin if dough is much soft we can add leftover the rice flour.

Now we add hing,salt according to taste, green coriander leaves in Chana dal paste.

Take poori on your palm fill required amount of paste in it. place this fillers on preheated steamer on medium flame.rest for 10 min now check it with the help of fork.when fork come out neatly it becomes done. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
