Ingredients

36 servings

2/3 cupbrown sugar firmly packed
2/3 cupsugar
1/2 cupbutter
1/2 cupshortening
1/2 tspsalt
2 tspvanilla extract
1 tspbaking soda
1large egg
2 cupflour
2 cupchocolate chip

Preheat oven to 375°

In a large bowl combine the sugars, butter, shortening, salt, vanilla, and baking soda. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Mix in flour, then chips

Bake cookies 10 to 12 minutes
