Fry your tomatoes, it could be blended or sliced,add your oil bean (ukpaka)fry just a little to remove the bitter taste because fresh oil bean usually have a slight bitter taste,add your crayfish then add your seasoning, curry,just a pinch of salt because vegetables doesn't need too much salt and finally add your vegetables and stire very well to incorporate the ingredients.. You can add meat or fish depending on your pocket but whether with fish/meat or none, it still tastes great.
