Ingredients

Good for 3 days
6 servings
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 3 tbspsdry white wine (vermouth substitute)
  • 2 tbspslemon juice
  • 1 tbspfresh basil or 1 tsp dried
  • 1-2 clovesFresh ground garlic,
  • Salt to taste/ remember olives add salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Dashhot pepper sauce

Steps

Good for 3 days
  1. 1

    Process til blended. Makes 1/2 cup

  2. 2

    Add to cooked pasta, tomatoes, olives, fresh cucumbers daily, red or green onions & feta goat cheese

  3. 3

    Keep in fridge, fresh ingredients can be added daily. Cucumbers are best added daily for crunch! Good for 3 days
