Steps

Heat oil in pan, saute garlic.

Add onions, cook 4-5 minutes.

Add cabbage, mix well gently.

Add salt & turmeric powder, mix & cover the pan, cook in low flame till cabbage gets semi-cooked.

Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, (don't mix), cover pan, cook till cabbage & tomatoes gets cooked.

All ready.. garnish with fresh coriander leaves & Serve.
