My mum taught me to make this when I was a teenager and it has been my job to make the scrambled eggs ever since!
Steps

Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl, splash in the milk and season with salt and pepper. Whisk for 1 minute

Melt a knob of butter in a small non stock pan and add in the whisked eggs
- 3
Meanwhile, toast the bread under the grill or in a toaster
- 4
Optional step to butter the toast!

On a low heat gently stir the eggs with a wooden spoon ir spatula

Take the pan off the heat if it starts to stick
- 7
Take off the heat once the eggs are at your desired consistency
- 8
Spoon the eggs over the toast and you're done!
