Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 spoondried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/4 spooncarom seeds
  • To tasteSalt
  • as needed refined oil
  • as neededWater
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • 1/4 spoondried mango powder
  • 1chilli finely chopped

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flour,salt,1 spoon oil,fenugreek leaves and carom seeds

  2. 2

    Knead a soft dough

  3. 3

    Peel and mashed potatoes

  4. 4

    Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and saute onions

  5. 5

    Add other ingredients

  6. 6

    Add 4 spoon water and mix well

  7. 7

    Divide the dough in 4 parts and roll into thin circle

  8. 8

    Spread potato mixture evenly and Rollin cylinder shape

  9. 9

    Cut in coin size and press between palms

  10. 10

    Heat non stick pan and cook roll from both sides by applying oil

  11. 11

    Serve hot with sauce
