Take besan in a bowl add salt chilli powder garam masala powder and chopped green chilli and all chopped vegetables of ur choice

Add water and coriander leave and make a smooth fine batter

Vth a help of spoon pour the batter on non stick tawa and cook till golden brown in colour turn and cook well slide oil on sides to make it more crisp

Serve vth chopped onion and green chutney or ketchup
