Besan veggie cheese burst pockets

Take wheat flour besan and soji and add salt and some oil and make dough vth warm water

Knead the dough nicely and keep it aside for 10 min

In a bowl add chopped vegetables cheese and all masalas

Make small balls of dough and roll it vth a rolling pin and make long strips of it

Keep the stripe in cross shape+ and put 1 tsp filling and fold the sides of dough like a packet nicely applying water on corners

Keep the oil heated and fry it till golden brown in colour

Serve vth chutney or ketchup
