Steps

Boiled potatoes and rest them till cools down

Peel off the skin of potatoes and grate them. (grate potatoes only when they cool down completely)

Take mentioned spices and add it to potatoes.

Make balls and press them, and dust them in cornflour

Take tawa and spread oil and put all the balls on medium flame, slowly slowly it will turn golden brown and crispy from both side.

Take serving bowl, place tikki and put curd firstand sprinkle lil chat masala and add meethi (sweet)chutney and 1tsp tamrind chutni over it and sprinkle chat masala and garnish it with green coriander leaves and served hot
