  • 4 tablespoonred wine.
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoonbutter.

    Melt the butter in the pan.

  2. 2

    Add the red wine right after the butter melted to avoid burning the butter. Stir it properly.

  3. 3

    Put soy sauce when the wine boils. Stir and reduce.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper or sugar.
