Ingredients

1 cupWheat flour
1/3 cupBesan
2 tbspCurd
2 tbspGreen chilli
2 tbspCoriander,mint leaves
1/2 tbspSabut dhaniya
pinchTurmeric powder
to tasteSalt
Water to making dough

Steps

1

Take a big bowl and put all dry ingredients in it
2

Put curd and water to make a smooth roti dough and rest for ten minutes
3

Heat a pan put prantha on it and roast the prantha with ghee on both sides. Serve hot with fresh white butter,onion and green chilli.Enjoy yummy besan prantha☺️
