Steps

Add the olive oil to a deep frying pan or wok and heat oil

Add the fish fillets and seafood mix into the oil fry on high stirring and turning the fish over for 3 minutes until softy, no need to cut up fillets as they break up cooking .

Add all the veg and fry for 3 minutes

Add the soya sauce, rice wine vinegar and lemon juice and stir in and simmer for 5 minutes

Lastly add the noodles and fry for 3 minutes until noodles are soft and heated through

Sprinkle a little more Lemon juice on top.
Serves 2.
30 minutes to cook 😀
