Ingredients

  • 4-5tomatoes on the vine (good quality from the market)
  • 1-2 clovesgarlic
  • 3-4 tbsptomato paste
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tbspsugar
  • 1/8 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tspitalian seasoning

Steps

    Blanche and peel tomatoes

  2. 2

    Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Adjust seasonings to taste spread on pizza dough and enjoy
