Get one unripe pawpaw wash it well n do not peel

Cut it into small cubes

Put it in a jug n add water slightly above the level of the pawpaw cuts.

Cover n set it aside for three days
- 5
After the third day sieve the pawpaw n drink the juice 1/4 glass for four days. Morning, afternoon n evening.
