Steps

First we cook rice and keep aside

Take a pan pour oil,ginger garlic paste and saute

Then we add veggie stirr fry for 5 mints.

Then add rice and mix well add soy sauce and chilli sauce and salt to taste.

Method for Manchurian:

Take all veggies chopped and grated in a bowl add dry ingredients corn flour and mix well.

Make small balls from the dough and deep fry it till they turns golden brown. Keep aside.

Now we make gravy for Manchurian

In another bowl take 1 tsp corn flour and water mix well and keep aside.

Heat oil in pan add 4 tsp chopped onions,1tsp finely chopped ginger and garlic.

Stirr fry on medium flame till the onion turn translucent

Now mix sauses add water add corn flour paste again bowl.

Boil for 5 mints then add manchurian balls in it

Gently stir and coat the veg Manchurian balls in gravy.

Serve hot with veg fried rice
