Make a thick batter adding all the ingredients......besan,suji, chat masale, green chilli,salt Ginger paste...

Fr making filling stir fry all the veggies with mustard seeds salt Green chilli, chilli flakes,salt...in one tbs oil...add Grated Paneer. And keep it to cool...

Now Make thick big pancakes of besan batter..cook it on both sides..and keep them aside...make similar pancakes of the whole batter...take the pancake... spread spicy green chutney and mayonese...... keep the filling on one side..and roll it slowly.....

Roll it tightly...and Steve with any dip..you can cut in Small shots...to give it a beautiful look.. garnish accordingly..
