Steps

Knead wheat flour adding little salt to a normal dough. Cover and keep aside for 20 minutes

Mix salt, spices and a tsp of ghee in besan. Now adding little water make a dough like stuff.

Take one portion of wheat flour dough, make a ball and roll it down.

Repeat Similar process with besan mixture.

Now on first roti spread some ghee sprinkle little dry besan. Place besan roti over it and roll them both to cylinder.

Cut cylinder in 3 or 4 pieces. Press each in both your palms and roll down like little thick roti

Now cook from both sides on hot tawa applying ghee

Crispy besan lachcha paratha ready.

Relish in breakfast with pickle or curd or in main course or anytime snack.

Can Carry along when traveling with dry veggies like karela or bhindi etc.
