Chop the vegs into cubes

Take a cooking pan,add oil,mustard seeds,cumin

Once it splatters, add the bay leaf. Now add the vegs.

Saute for a min, add the dry ings.Mix well

Add the rice, mix well. Now add 1 cup of water & cover on low heat let the rice cook.

When done serve with yogurt salad or a curry
