Wash the chicken with salt, vinegar, flour, and ginger, then score it with a knife.

Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl, add the chicken, and mix well. Leave it in the refrigerator for two hours or overnight.

In a Pyrex tray, layer the onions, then the potatoes, and place the marinated chicken on top.

Preheat the oven and bake until fully cooked, then broil until golden brown.
