In a bowl take whole-wheat flour add salt,oil and make a dough.

Give 10-15 min rest

For bhaji, choop onion, tomato and keep aside

Peel the potatoes and make cut into thin pieces keep it into salt water.

In a cooker add oil, splutter mustard, Cumin, curry leaves then add onion cook till it turns into pinkish colour

Now add ginger garlic stir, then add tomato and cook further

Now add all the dry masala, salt and mix

Add potato pieces and coriander

Add 1glass water, cover with lid and take 2 whistle.

Your bhaji is ready

Heat oil in a kadai

Roll the puri and fry into oil on medium heat till light golden brown

Remove it on tissue paper.

Fluffy puri and bhaji is ready to enjoy with your family.
