Take the sugar and make a sugar syrup of 2 1/2 strings.When it is ready let it cool for 20 minutes.

Take suji and put ghee and roast for 10-15 minutes on a low flame.Then add chana flour and roast on a very low flame for 5 minutes.Then put one cup coconut powder and roast for 2 minutes on a very low flame then add one and half cup khoya and mix everything for a minute.

Then off the gas.Then add 1 tsp of elaichi powder to the suji mixture.

Then take it aside and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.Keep both sugar syrup and suji mixture lukewarm.Then add the sugar syrup to the suji mixture and mix it well.

Then grease a tray with ghee and then spread the mixture and then garnish with the chopped almonds,elaichi powder,colourful balls (1000 sweets)pista.Then let the tray set for 6-8 hours.Then cut them into cubical small pieces and now it's ready.
