In a bowl add besan salt add water make lump free batter it should smooth not very thick now add ginger chilli paste &lemon juice keep it for 15 mints...till then grece the bowl in which dhokla is going to be cook on other hand keep the thick layer utensil on flame heat the water...

Now add the eno in th batter mix it quickly put in the greced bowl.... keep the in the utensil to steam it up for 20 mints cover it... after 20 mints remove it from steamer keep it cool take out in plate cut the dhokla in squre shape

Tadka..... heat the oil add mustred seeds,curry lraves & chilli let it crackle noe add 1 glass water &sugar let it boil now add in dhokla let it soak well then enjoy the fluffy instant dhokla
