Ingredients

  • 1ltrfull cream milk
  • 3-4 tbsprice
  • 4 tbspdryfruit powder
  • as required sugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 4-5almonds for garnish
  • 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    First roast the rice in ghee.

  2. 2

    Add milk in a heavy bottom pan and boiled it.

  3. 3

    Add rice,cardamom powder and dryfruit powder and cook on low flame till soft the rice.

  4. 4

    Now add sugar and cook till thick consistency.
