Ingredients

  • 1 lb.canned Crab Meat
  • 1egg beaten
  • 1 cupRitz Crackers crushed
  • 1 teaspoonFresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce1
  • 1 teaspoonyellow mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    Place Crab meat in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Pick out Crab meat shells and discard.

  3. 3

    Add crushed crackers, Old Bay Seasoning, and chopped parsley to Crab meat.

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl, combine egg, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whip with a whisk until smooth.

  5. 5

    Pour egg mixture over Crab meat and crackers, and gently mix careful not to break up large lumps of Crab meat.

  6. 6

    Mold them into golfball sized balls and place them on a cookie sheet.

  7. 7

    Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

  8. 8

    Drizzle with melted butter when browned and let cool.
