Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add cabbage and saute well

Add ginger paste and saute well adding desiccated coconut

Combine all adding sugar and garam masala powder
- 6
Garnish it with ghee and serve
