1 cupsnake gourd chopped
1Chopped onion
as neededChopped green chilli
2 tspbesan
2 tsprice flour
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt
as neededOil
1/2 tspGarlic paste

Take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour,red chilli powder, salt,turmeric powder, garlic paste, green chilli an onion then mix well....

Now take a frying pan an put it 2tsp oil then the mix portion of the pan then fry properly.....

Now sanke gourd chilla is ready to serve.....
