  • 200 gmmoong daal
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspginger juice
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1red chilli
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Wash and soak moong daal

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  3. 3

    Add daal and boil adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    As it becomes soft add sugar and ginger juice

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice and fried veggies
