  2. 1 tbspVanilla custard powder
  3. 2 tspSugar
  4. As needed Fruits
  5. as neededChopped Dry fruits

    Add custard powder in little cold milk, and mix it.

    Boil the milk.

  3. 3

    Add custard mixture in boiled milk little by little on the motion of moving spatula.

  4. 4

    Boil it on low flame at moving motion.

  5. 5

    When the mixture has thickened off the flame.

  6. 6

    Rest, till it reaches the room temperature.

    Blend it.

  8. 8

    Add chopped fruits of your choice.

  9. 9

    Add chopped dry fruits.

  10. 10

    Freeze it for 4-5 hours.

  11. 11

    Serve chilled.
