Steps

Take a bowl put besan, Salt, fennel seeds, falf of quantity garam masala, Kasuri methi, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and put some water and make a dough and roll it
Then spread malai all over side and sprinkle chopped cashews and kishmish chopped coriander and roll properly and press and boil 8-10 minit and then remove and cool down and cut into 1 " piece
Take a pan put oil and heat it and fry carefully all roll till golden brown and keep aside - 2
In a jar put onion,chilli, ginger & garlic grind it

Take a pan put some oil and bay leaf cumin seeds, black pepper, cardamom and stir it

Now add griended onion paste and stire well Now add Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmic and chopped tomato and saute it and cook till oil seprate

Now this time add curd, kasurimethi and stire well
add some water and boiled it
Now add garam masala powder, pepper powder and cover with lead and cook on low flame for few minutes - 6
Now serving time add fryed roll and serve hot and add malai
