  2. 5/8 cupmilk (I use whole. 5/8 is between a half and 3/4 cup)
  3. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  4. 2 teaspoonssugar
  5. 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  6. 1egg
  7. Optional* mini chocolate chips
  8. 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil

    Mix everything in a bowl
