Quarter avocados, brush with lemon juice and set aside

Cook onion garlic and chili in butter until softened

Reduce heat, add flour cook for 2 minutes stirring all the time. Add chicken broth and milk, stir constantly

Bring to boil then add avocado and salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes. Take off the heat and cool

Pour into blender and blend until smooth

Pour back in a pan over low heat stir in the coconut milk and simmer 2 minutes. Serve immediately garnished with croutons or bread slices
