Ingredients

  1. 1 cupLeftover rice
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspDry mango powder
  5. 1/2 tspKasuri methi leaves
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Left rice mein thoda sa water daal kar heat kiya and mash kiya. Spices and 2-3 pinch baking soda add kiya. Ache se mix kar ke papadd ki shape bana kar sunlight mein sukha liya and fried kar ke kha liya.

    In leftover rice add some water and heat till rice become more soft and mash it properly.

    Add all the spices, mix well and make smooth dough.

    From this dough take apart and put it on greased palm and give the shape of pappad or u want to.

    Put these pappad on greased tray or plastic sheet.

    Dry in sunlight.

  7. 7

    After that deep fry and serve.
